This veg head is the brains behind all those tasty treats you guys love so much! Our Head Chef Michael is strong willed, loves a challenge and wont give up until he has perfected his creations! Having worked for notorious chefs around Australia, we are so grateful to have him cooking up a veg storm for us. Here are a few fun facts about Michael!

Q. How long have you been a chef?

A. 18 years

Q. What is your favourite vegetable to cook with?

A. Potato, because they are so versatile

Q. If you were stuck on a deserted island and could only take 3 items, what would you take?

A. Water, fire and rice

Q. What is your most prized possession?

A. My chef knife

Q.  If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

A. I would be a bird because they represent freedom

Q. What is your favourite holiday destination?

A. South coast NSW

A. A mechanic
